Cylindrical Brushes |

Cylindrical Brushes
are available in nylon, poly, poly and wire, natural
fibre, and natural fibre and wire.
Nylon broom delivers approximately 200-250 hours
use. Main uses bitumen, concrete or warehouse
floors.
Poly broom delivers approximately 100 hours use. Low
cost, general purpose broom.
Natural fibre and wire delivers approximately 40-90
hours. Used in high dust areas.
Natural fibre similar to fibre and wire with lower
performance.

Scrub Brushes |

Scrub Brushes are
available in nylon, poly, Tynex, supergrit.
Nylon used mainly on coated floors where abrasion is
to be avoided. Primarily used to polish coated
flooring.
Poly low operating life. Used for light scrubbing
where oil stains etc. are not evident.
Tynex (nylon coated with grit) removes stains and
grime quickly. Main application concrete flooring
where coating or sealing is not a factor.
Supergrit extremely abrasive for high end use where
removal of embedded stains and grime are important.
Not to be used on coated or sealed floors.

Pad Drivers |

Pad Drivers are
available with pads ranging from white
(buffing/polishing) to blue (general use) to black
(severe applications – almost equating to
stripping).

Filters |

Filters in paper and
poly are available in both panel and cylindrical
form.
Paper is non-washable and is best suited to
applications where water is not present.
Poly is used as above however can be used in
situations where water is present. Poly is washable
and re-usable.

Bag Filters |

Bag Filters (polyester
sack). Generally for applications in the RCM range
of sweeping machines. Bag filters for other brand
supplies can be manufactured upon request.
Very high dust filtration capability. Can be used in
the RCM Atom and 703 where these units have been
supplied ex-factory with bag filters.
The Otto, Boxer, Mille and Duemila usually have
these filters as standard equipment.

Squeegee Blades |

Squeegee Blades are
available in various materials depending upon
application, including gum rubber, urethane and
Shutax. Availability on request.
Gum Rubber used mainly on smooth and tiled floors
with excellent water retention ability.
Urethane used on oily and rough surfaces where other
compounds are effected by oil.
Shutax used on most surfaces with excellent
all-round performance, tear resistant and long
wearing ability.
